We are currently seeking long term Permanent Full Time & Part Time superstar(s) to join our team !
Job Description:
-You will be organizing & booking appointments for team of therapists (RMT's/Bodyworkers), answering the phone/retuning voicemails, handling inquiries, greet/seat clients, running standard daily activities such as checking in/out clients, direct billing, inputting notes, emails, mail, opening/closing operations, and overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the space as a whole in a professional manner
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure a must. Superior guest service and communication skills with the ability to multitask and is required to maintain a positive, friendly and good-natured presence in-person, over the phone and MUST possess strong command of the English Language
-Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed client expectations and experience
-Must be computer savvy and able to multitask, learn, adapt and work under pressure.
-Problem solve, initiative and proactive thinking, professional appearance, able to work independently and part of a team
-We have a great team in place and are looking for an additional hard working, reliable person who will bring a great attitude and is motivated to grow with us
-Respect, maintains, clean, stock all work areas, washrooms and common areas to standards, assist therapists with duties, we all work together as a team in a team oriented atmosphere
Position Requirements
-Front desk at clinic/spa, retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, administration experience is preferred
-Experience and strong knowledge of using JaneApp software is an asset
-Experience with direct billing (Blue Cross, My Telus Health, etc...) an asset
-Marketing/Social Media background an asset
-Knowledge of Anatomy and physical health an asset
-Understands and believes in the healing benefits of Massage Therapy
-Must have reliable source of transportation (located on major bus routes, free parking available) -This position requires you to work mornings, evenings and weekends. We are open 7 days a week

Compensation
$18 - $20/hr+ to start based on experience
