We are looking for an experienced Front Of House Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front of House, including customer service, staff scheduling, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Front of House staff.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Train and develop Front of House staff to ensure they are meeting the company's standards.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials.
- Develop systems to ensure smooth operations of the Front of House staff.
