Sherwood is looking for a Facilities Manager, who is able to work with minimal supervision. You will be able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems. You will be required to perform routine maintenance jobs (paint and repair drywall, snow removal, garbage removal). You are familiar with the use of power tools, power lawn mowers, and small tractors.

- Repetitive tasks
- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
