Job Description:
We are seeking a Storage Facility Coordinator to become part of our Innisfail team! The ideal candidate will be able to wear multiple hats, enjoy a challenge and have a positive demeanor. You will help oversee the facility, administration, Customer Service and transport requirements for this location. Our company is a national storage company with multiple revenue streams on each of our sites. Ideally we would like someone who has some forklift, skid steer or front loader experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Look for creative solutions to assist client’s storage needs.
- Support sales and management with ideas on how to maintain and grow the business.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, vendors, and service partners.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and computer inventory.
- Dispatch containers and work with local center for logistics in area.
- Detail oriented and accurately maintains client accounts.
- AR/Collections calls for delinquent accounts.
- Ensure safety and compliance aligns with WCB and company policies.
- Cleans and maintains vacant storage lockers as required.
- Property management.
- Snow removal, landscaping and maintaining equipment.
- Loads & unloads product as required, considered a preference.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Teams and Excel
- 2+ years Customer Service experience.
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
- Dispatch experience considered an asset
- Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Able to learn online systems quickly and maintain inventory accurately.
- Accounts Receivable/Collections experience an asset.
- Forklift license or skid steer experience, considered an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
