Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Answer phone calls and take messages as needed - Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Provide support to the shop manager as required Requirements: - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual) - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred - Organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop space - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles is desirable - Proficient in English language Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
