Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees.
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
-With the goal of hiring/day and having a strong sales oriented approach to hiring our sales and service technicians; prioritizing the agile demand for turnover and record keeping
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist with the interview process
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and completing new hire paperwork
-Sets talents up with backend credentials; while working with ownership to improve process
- Works with owner to improve sales and business development demands to make sure company is growing profitably and attracting closers.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as Salesforce, Kronos, Ceridian, ADP, and iCIMS
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Support employee offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork
- Assist with employee relations matters, including maintaining confidentiality and documenting employee issues or concerns
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
-Manages the day to day booking of office space and resources from room booking; computer checkouts and meetings
- Coordinates all project managers and make sure each portfolio team build is adequately staffed.
- Takes on all other items as delegated by ownership to make sure there's a direct ROI metric to show output and goal oriented deliverables.
Experience:
- Google Suites and Proprietary tech training
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity preferred
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
