In this position, you will play a key role in the Finance Department, assisting the Controller with a variety of financial tasks and projects.

What You’ll Do
- Create, update and maintain various financial reports
- Support and supervise clerical staff
- Assist with preparing and coordinating supporting documentation for audits
- Provide support in the budget process and assist with forecasts
- Assist with tracking project milestones
- Assist with inventory analysis and reconciliation
- Provide gap analysis, conduct quality assurance checks and audit data
- Create and maintain financial documentation and policies as assigned
- Any other tasks or projects as assigned
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- CPA designation or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel and experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized with great project management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in collaboration with various teams as well as independently
- Strong mathematical proficiency with a keen eye for accuracy
