Job Description
We currently looking for a candidate to fill an available IT Customer Support Technician
The anticipated job duties include:
- Remote and onsite support of Customers, diagnose and record issues
- Following guidelines and procedures to resolve issues in a timely matter and escalate when required
- Collect data, equipment, error codes and software details for other departments or 3rd party service, hardware, software providers.
- Help end- users with temporary and alternative solutions until issue or problem is resolved.
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Effectively use ticket system to record logs, job details, assets and solutions to communicate with other Technicians and supervisors.
- Support end-users in configuring applications and customizations of software
- Collaborate and/or supervise 3rd party vendors
- Assist with special IT projects as needed
- Interface productively with staff in a team environment
- Make significant contributions to team goals
- Assist sales team as needed with pre-sales questions, testing and consulting
- Other job-related duties as needed

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Relevant Training and Experience in customer support environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Valid Work Permit

Salary: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
