We are hiring summer positions for our Line Cook/Prep Cook positions.
The Line Cook/Prep Cook is responsible for serving and prepping and cooking all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our healthy food menu, answering any questions to the best of their ability. He/she is passionate about good food, teamwork and our neighborhood. You must be able to multi-task and exhibit a sense of urgency and composure in a fast-paced high-end environment. We are team players that are kind, respectful, hard workers who work well with others. If you refuse to take out the trash, clean tables or the restroom on occasion- or don’t like dealing with customers- this is not the job for you. We have an open kitchen café where cooks are expected to serve, baristas are expected to cook and prep, everyone does dishes, everyone cleans, and helps each other as much as needed. The Line Cook/Prep Cook fulfills any other duties the café manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents Trailhead Café in a professional manner.
