About the Opportunity
Full-time, employees can expect 40 hours per week with competitive wages & gratuities. Full-time permanent employees will receive a benefits package after a 6-month probationary period.
Part-time & Seasonal employees are expected between 16 to 32 hours a week with competitive wages, tips & gratuities. Our season runs from May to mid October.
Staff will also benefit from, compensated meals, paid breaks, laundered uniform, and access to the golf course during appropriate times.
Culinary Positions available:
1st & 2nd Line cooks: 3-5 years of experience. Full-time, part-time, seasonal.
Prep cook: 3-5 years of experience. Full-time, part-time, seasonal
Stewards: 1-3 years of experience. Part-time, seasonal
Sushi Chef: 2-5 years of experience. Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal.
Pastry assistant: 2-4 years of experience. Part-time, Seasonal
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure a proper set-up of assigned station,
- Prepare dishes as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Working cohesively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed to set standards.
Additional Duties:
- Recording food temperature.
- Recording waste levels.
- Restoring cleanliness of cooking areas at crossover and close.
- Ensuring readiness at designated start time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience or related training
- Experience working on the line, deep fryers, and grills
- Developed knife skills
- Developed food preparation skills
- Basic sauces and dressing knowledge and sandwich assembly skills
- Able to read, understand and follow recipes
- Can work at speed under pressure in an organized manner

Contract length: 7 months
Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
