Medical Administrator/Receptionist/Digital Marketing

We are looking for a versatile individual who is willing to learn and progress. You are expected to take on responsibilities for a medical office reception, assisting with the physicians as well as digital marketing of the business.

As a medical office reception will be responsible for meeting and greet patients, managing appointments, and other related tasks all performed on electronic medical record. Orientation and training will be provided for this part of the role. Previous experience working in medical office will be an asset but not necessary.

Assistant with the physician mostly involve presence in the procedure room as a chaperone, doing blood pressures taking brief history from patient and documenting in the patient chart. You will be expected to help the physician under direct supervision with any other tasks deemed suitable for your competence. A full orientation and treatment will be provided for this part of the role. Previous experience with assisting any other healthcare provider will be an asset but not necessary.

You are expected to be able to manage and organize digital marketing campaigns for medical Aesthetics and Pain clinic services. You are expected to have some experience in making or managing basic websites, creating, and posting social media contents particularly Facebook and Instagram, managing social media campaigns for various offers for the aesthetic business, managing leads, and any necessary component associated with it. You will be provided support with various platforms subscriptions and advice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
