Medical Office Assistant

We are hiring a full-time Front Office Assistant to join our growing team! We have an opportunity for a positive, driven and organized individual to join our growing pediatric clinic as a full time Medical Office Assistant.

Here's what we are looking for:

• MOA certificate from an accredited educational institution

• Previous experience as an MOA

• Knowledge of Accuro EMR or similar platform

• Excellent English written and oral communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills and strong patient focus

• An easy-going but focused attitude; some days go as planned, others are kept interesting with a need to problem solve, rarely will two days be the same

• A strong sense of accountability and responsibility

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

• Subject to criminal background check

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
