Medical Office Assistant

Fast paced, multi-doctor, Family Practice office hiring a Medical Office Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. Medical office and EMR (Oscar Program) experience are assets, but not requirements. On the job training will be provided to the right candidate.
Shifts are scheduled for 8 hours, between the hours of 8:15am-5pm Monday-Friday, No weekend, No nights or late hours.Flexible scheduling options/ Team work approach.
You are hard-working, reliable employee who excels in a team environment. Willing to learn and quick to respond to a variety of circumstances. We provide full training. Patient care is our first priority, so we are looking for someone organized and flexible to help us provide our patients with the best care possible.

Hours: Monday- Friday full-time hours

Candidates should be able to:
-Multi-task
-Self start (motivation and good work ethic are a must)
-Work with a team
-Take direction well
-Aptitude to work efficiently with electronic record systems
-Preform various administrative tasks
