We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant who is passionate about working in the Medical Field and love to help people. We have two family doctors working and is looking to build our dream team. Our new office is a few minute walk from the New West Skytrain Station.
As the successful candidate you are:
- High energy, optimistic, driven to succeed and great at working with others
- A friendly team player who has a passion for life
- A hardworking, resourceful person with effective problem solving skills
- An excellent communicator with both clients and team members
- Minimum 1-year experience in MOA
- Ability to be an Ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and flexible to adapt to schedule
- Provide excellent skin consultations and market/promote our services to our clients
- Contribute to practice success by managing email lists, retention activities and effectively respond to, follow up on and manage new leads

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
