Job description

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required.
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Skills:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) for document management and collaboration.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Data entry proficiency with attention to detail and accuracy.
- General office management skills, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$25.53 per hour
