Central Energy Services is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team!
Central Energy Services, located in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan, is one of southwest Saskatchewan's leading oilfield and agriculture service companies. Responsibilities:
Simply Accounting
Process A/R, A/P; follow up with clients
Payroll
Month end banking/financial reporting
Organize, maintain and coordinate office records
Handling workers compensation claims
Organization of Human Resources
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Simply Accounting
Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Word)
Knowledgeable in AP/AR/ROE/Workers Compensation entries
Knowledge of ADP Team Pay, Open Invoice and Cortex (Willing to train the right person)
