This person must be detail oriented, enjoy a fast-paced environment and comfortable implementing and maintaining operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with families during their time of need, as well as communicate procedures and schedule changes to your colleagues in multiple office locations
- Ability to manage many different tasks, assisting both families and Funeral Directors simultaneously
- Have experience developing, executing and maintaining standard operating procedures
- High level of computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Facebook and multiple POS is essential
- Enthusiasm in all tasks including maintaining an immaculate facility to welcome client families, detail-oriented filing and record keeping, assisting your team in all manners of tasks as they arise
