- Working on-site at social housing developments to manage the day to day operations of rental properties
- Includes rent collection, rent arrears management, including eviction notices and attendance at Tribunal hearings, showing and filling vacant units, completing work orders, liaison with Board of Directors, attending Board meetings and transcribing minutes, general correspondence with tenants.
- Recent and relevant knowledge of legislative requirements of Social Housing
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Sage, Internet and standard office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to assist in ensuring housing obligations are met
- Ability to provide excellent co-ordination, consultation, interpersonal, negotiation / mediation, facilitation, creative problem solving, critical analysis and information synthesis skills.
- Works independently and utilizes sound judgement
- Performs all assigned duties with minimal supervision
