```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Transcribe and type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Forklift experience an asset. Class 5 drivers license required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain confidentiality
