We are a small, friendly Doctor Office (Specialist) looking for a Part Time MOA to work a few days a week, in office. Our Clinic is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00am - 5:00pm
(specific work days and pay rate are flexible and can be discussed at interview)
We are currently located in Duncan, and will be moving to Valley View Complex, Cobble Hill location April 1, 2024
Basic Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer text messages and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Verify insurance information and process billing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Medical Office or dental office preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Juno/Accuro
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
