Sage Naturopathic Clinic is one of the largest Naturopathic clinics in the Waterloo Region. We have a collaborative, dedicated team consisting of Naturopathic Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Holistic Nutritionists, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Counsellors. We are looking for someone who is driven by the same purpose to live life to our highest health potential. Grow with us as we expand and need your help serving our patients.
What the job entails:
- Communicating with patients through e-mail, phone, and in-person
- Scheduling appointments for our practitioners
- Fulfilling patient supplement orders for in-person sales
- Collecting patient payments and direct billing for appointments
- Laundry and light cleaning duties
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a clinical setting
- Exceptional customer service with patients
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Jane, and Telus Health software will be considered an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 4 per week
