Upper Room Home Furnishings, a leading Ottawa furniture store in the National Capital Region, is expanding its team! We are currently seeking a Part-time Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our Kanata location. This position offers flexibility with weekend availability required, encompassing 2-3 shifts per week.
Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls on multiple phone lines.
· Perform data entry and verification tasks.
· Assist with accounts receivable duties.
· Coordinate delivery schedules.
· Liaise with warehouse personnel.
· Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
· Excellent English communication skills, bilingualism is an asset.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
· Professional demeanor with strong time management abilities.
· Capability to work independently and take initiative.
· Positive attitude, flexibility, and self-motivation.
· Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, and MS Word.
