PAYROLL CLERK

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an IMMEDIATE direct hire Payroll Clerk opportunity in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST have experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience using E-Net a definite asset. You MUST also have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation at all times.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years experience with payroll processing and administration
• Extensive experience with payroll, job costing, forecasting and direct deposit
• Preparation of all government remittances, T4’s, ROE’s and WSIB reports
• Prepare financial reports related to payroll expenses
• Process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, pensions and deductions
• Ensure accurate deductions and contributions for benefits programs
• Handle any payroll adjustments, such as overtime, leaves, and other changes
• Collaborate with HR and the finance team to ensure seamless information flow
• Provide management with payroll-relatable reports
• Verify and update employee records and banking information
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
• Have a high level of attention to detail required
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with E-Net Employer an asset
• OR experience with using ADP, UKG or Ceridian
• MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting Diploma or Certification from a recognized College

SALARY RANGE:

• Pays $65,000 - $75,000/year Depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
