Arrow Property Services was formed at the beginning of 2013 as a full-service company, specializing in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction. Our staff is made up of licenced professionals who enjoy working together as a team. We aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and for our customers’ customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO?
- Visit client sites to determine conditions and requirements for system design and installation
- Work with the Project Management team to develop and manage schedules, resources plan, procurement, project commissioning, and risk mitigation strategies, while controlling costs and maximizing productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes
- Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications
- Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns
- Ensure the highest quality delivery for our clients
- Daily coordination with project stakeholders including but not limited to local and provincial governments, traffic control, and subcontractors
- Coordination of purchase orders, materials/equipment orders, and following up on delivery timelines
- Be the first point of contact for project billing issues in partnership with the internal finance department
- Attending, running, and participating in weekly project meetings
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU REQUIRE:
- Previous project coordination/management experience is required
- Experience in the construction industry coming from a general or Industrial contractor is preferred
- Previous experience collecting and managing technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
- Security Secret Clearance is required
