Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and Project Manager of Sustainability and Corporate Programs this role will perform and coordinate projects involving sustainability standards, certification, and verification for our many clients moving to a more sustainable future.
What you will be doing at Pinchin:
Create proposals based on client needs around building certification standards (BOMA BEST, LEED, Fitwel, etc.)- Prepare project reports and sustainability-related documents
- Co-ordinate and perform Building Sustainability projects with an aligned team of colleagues and sub-consultants
- Develop internal standards, templates, and SOP for Building Sustainability projects
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
Preferred College Diploma- LEED AP, BOMA Best, WELL, or Fitwel certification preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with sustainability and sustainability measurement, certification, and performance standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with client interaction
- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle required
