Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and oversee diversified projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with the community and work closely with the project teams
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
• Proficiency in using MS Projects or similar software
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
The Centre for Hospitality Studies and Research, Hinton AB, is accepting applications from candidates to fill this position who have diverse backgrounds, including office administration, public relations, design and digital marketing, community programs, and academic institutions. The responsibilities will include community engagement, office administration, executive assistance, preparation of reports, work on architectural design tasks, and other additional responsibilities to carry out strategic projects.

The position reports to the President.
