Description:

Insignia Software is seeking an energetic, personable, academically astute and a very trustworthy candidate to oversee office operations and assist the leadership in every aspect of the business. We are interested in candidates with potential to become part of leadership team. An ideal candidate would have 5-10 years experience in managing project and people, and have worked in a software company with business or law or computer science degree.

This is a full-time position and will start as soon a suitable candidate is selected. This position is at our Edmonton office in southside.

Duties:

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

1. Define strategy to achieve goals set by the executive

2. Coordinating projects and manage staff in different departments:

3. Set quarterly milestones

4. Submit to executive monthly reports on the milestones

5. Weekly meeting with all stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved on time

6. Track project progress according to strategic plans

7. Oversee performance of different departments

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Degree with distinction in computer science or business or Law

2. 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in managing projects and people

3. Very personable and trustworthy

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Exceptional management skills

6. Proven record of delivering results

7. Leadership qualities

8. Desire to excel

Salary and benefits:

1. Salary $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience and education

2. Annual bonus ($10,000+) based on performance

3. Benefit package after probation period
