We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist, Administrator, and Occasional Sales Person. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, provide administrative support to various departments, and assist with sales inquiries and transactions when necessary.
**Please note that this position will require you to work on the weekends - if that is not within your availability during this time - please do not apply (Wednesday - Sunday shift)**
Responsibilities - Receptionist Duties:
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and common areas
Responsibilities - Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for key personnel.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
Responsibilities - Sales Support Tasks:
- Assist with sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant information to customers.
- Help the sales team during bridal consultations
- Be able to lead non-bridal consultations in due time.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Other Duties:
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

- Display emotional intelligence during conversations with the bride, groom & their respective families
- Be highly organized and pay attention to details
- Understand that you will need to wear multiple hats at a time and be able to stay professional and composed
- Be willing to learn about the procedures and products
- Be able to communicate in Hindi AND/OR Punjabi
