Job description
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and members, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the sports center.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, members, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about sports center programs, services, and policies.
- Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Schedule appointments for sports center facilities, classes, and activities.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
