Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks using office software programs
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and billing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Assist with client intake, including obtaining and retaining client identification
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
