We are actively seeking a dynamic, permanent, full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our ranks and become an integral part of our Canadian success story. This is your chance to be a part of a company that values your contributions and offers a platform for continuous growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Customer Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, focusing on Reception and Customer Service. Your daily duties will involve handling phone calls, addressing inquiries from walk-in customers in our showroom, and managing order entry with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in sales follow-up to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Excel, possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and radiate an upbeat and positive attitude. While prior experience in furniture or mattress sales is a definite asset, we also value individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Please note: remote work is not a possibility for this position.

- Ability to move into sales role once comfortable and earn additional commissions
