Core Job Functions:
- Greeting vistors, clients, and vendors to the business in a friendly and professional manner
- Daily handling of incoming/outgoing mail
- Weekly national office supply orders
- General office management support including catering and meeting management
- Travel booking management for hotel, car rental and air travel
- Manage corporate expenses via defined process
- Assist back office departments when required in a support role such as Human Resources, Procurement and Compliance
- Other duties to be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Well organized, detail oriented and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong computer, organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- High level of motivation and energy
