We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, serving customers and processing customer purchases. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
```Requirements```
- Prior Receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
- High school diploma or equivalent
