We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Receptionist for our Security Services branch in Vancouver, BC.
Reporting to the HR Generalist, the Receptionist supports and handles the front of the office by greeting visitors, completing uniform appointments, and always exhibiting excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will work independently and manage the front desk by completing administrative tasks efficiently.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception duties:
- Welcome and register authorized visitors.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls.
- Assist the regional team with special projects as required.
Uniform duties:
- Use Lightspeed software to process all new, exchanged, and returned uniforms.
- Accurately complete and continuously update uniform inventory.
- Process reimbursement receipts in liaison with the payroll department.
- Maintain accurate and sustainable levels of uniform at all times.
Administrative duties:
- Check daily and weekly security licences and update the team accordingly.
- Book certification classes for security guards whenever required.
- Monitor office supply and prepare orders.
- Assist HR with the follow-ups as necessary.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Post-secondary education
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to unpack, pick, and move boxes.
- Flexibility and ability to deal with urgent tasks.
