We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Process payments for clients after treatments
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other computerized systems
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
