Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Receptionist for a Temporary role in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will handle multi-line phones, manage administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Pay rate: $22/hour.

  • Location:Surrey, BC

  • Shifts: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones on a multi-line switchboard.

  • Filing documents.

  • Processing credit card POS payments.

  • Running mail.

  • Scheduling meetings for management.

  • Ordering office supplies.

  • Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist or admin-type work experience.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Must pass a criminal background check.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
