Form of workAdecco is currently seeking a skilled Receptionist for a Temporary role in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will handle multi-line phones, manage administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.
Pay rate: $22/hour.
Location:Surrey, BC
Shifts: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Answering phones on a multi-line switchboard.
Filing documents.
Processing credit card POS payments.
Running mail.
Scheduling meetings for management.
Ordering office supplies.
Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Minimum 1 year of receptionist or admin-type work experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
