C&O Apparel is one of the leading design and manufacturing companies located in Burnaby. We operate an 83,000 sq ft manufacturing facility with approximately 100 employees in Canada to service our domestic and international customers.
We are now seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant interested in administrative work and a passion for working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and direct calls.
- Greet visitors and guests.
- Daily mail and courier packages curating.
- Office supplies management, ordering and maintaining the stock level.
- Maintain stock level of printer toner, other supplies, and ordering.
- Daily data/file updates for Production Team.
- Daily processing of bundle ticket printing.
- Daily piece wage ticket scanning and report generation.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years related experience is preferable.
- Good communication skills with a pleasant and mature personality.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and office equipment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
