Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist

Pro Motion Clinic is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Position can be full- or part-time dependant on the candidate, existing staff, and clinic needs.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent computer and typing skills (inclusive of basic proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Experience as a Medical Office Assistant or relevant Medical Office experience is preferred (MOA students are welcome)
• Experience with clinic software programs and knowledge of JANE clinic programming would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Work front-end reception for chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, naturopaths and kinesiologists (as well as any additional practitioners the clinic may add in the future)
• Manage and track all third-party insurance as well as MSP and ICBC billings with strong attention to detail and
• Contribute to our team environment by providing front-end reception support in the clinic and keeping the clinic clean
• Month-end preparation and basic accounting

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
