Job description
As the Service Administrator, you will work with our service team members to engage in customer service interactions, customer related inquiries, and scheduling technicians in coordination with the office team. You will be an integral part in ensuring a smooth process that meets the needs of customers and clients to create the highest level of efficiency and communication possible with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to service calls and emails for customers/technicians inquires.
- Technical Support as needed via phone, front counter, sales etc.
- Good judgement and decision making skills while communicating with Clients and team members
- Support office management (ex; complete orders and help coordinate service technician schedules)
- Assist parts department with parts inquires via phone
- Maintain customer files and records with detail
- Complete necessary paperwork to be processed (i.e., related to invoices, parts, receipts, etc.)
- Assist the sales team with inquiries regarding service.
- May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis
Requirements:
- Clear and effective communication style, both written and oral
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to complete routine paperwork with detail
- Attention to detail and scheduling experience
- The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment with strong customer relations skills
- Knowledge of food equipment supplies, and/or services
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
