North West Crane is one of western Canada's leading mobile crane distributors. We sell and service self-propelled and truck mounted mobile cranes, provide crane inspections, commercial chassis inspections, and full-service mechanical support to the crane and trucking industries. NWC operates in two branches with our head office located in Leduc and our second branch in Clairmont, AB.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling /Quoting
- Creating and updating all Work Orders
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns or issues
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Familiarity with Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in proofreading documents for errors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
