We are searching for a star candidate to join our Service team as our next Service Coordinator. They will play a pivotal role in scheduling service work for our customers achieve clean indoor air to protect their people, processes, places, and equipment. This important position aligns with our purpose of safely delivering clean indoor air environments, making a difference in the lives of people, the efficiency of processes, and the preservation of equipment.
The day-to-day activities of our Service Coordinator will include:
- Schedule Management – Collaborate with the Service Supervisor to create schedules for the Service team. Manage the service calendar, confirm appointments for customers and communicate changes with the team. Ensure technician hours are entered correctly into timesheets.
- Customer Experience - Generate work orders, create quotations, and monitor progress of jobs. Keep accurate records of service department activities and provide reporting as needed.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Build positive relationships and coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure service is delivered efficiently. Review and evaluate service reports, inspection intervals, and change-outs, suggesting and implementing improvements as necessary.
- 1-2 years of scheduling experience, and experience in a similar industrial industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
