Kubota North has been serving the Muskoka community since 2005. In 2015 we relocated to
our current location and the Jackson Family, our Owners, have exponentially expanded and grown the location year over year since. We have grown from a small 5 employee operation, to a 30 plus employee location, with multiple renovations and additions including a storage building for the Yard, a new state-of-the-art service bay, and expanded both our Sales and Parts departments. Working closely with our Service Management team, you will provide scheduling for the
Service Team and handle the daily customer operations in our Service department. Working closely with our Service Manager and Warranty/Insurance Manager, you will orchestrate the customer service schedule, including our Mobile Service Team, as well as submitting customer claims through our Warranty and Insurance Program. You will be our customer point of contact for our Service Department, representing Kubota North’s highest standards and ethics. This position is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with the expectation of flexibility of scheduling based on the needs of the business.
· Orchestrating daily schedule for the Service Department and Mobile Service Department
· Responsible for POS for the Service Department
· Coordinating with our Technicians and scheduling customers based on needs and skills.
· Supporting the Service Manager in daily Operations
· Supporting the Warranty/Insurance Manger in daily Operations

· Basic Knowledge of Equipment OR a strong desire to learn about Equipment through hands on experience in our shop.

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
