Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing the Total Rewards program offerings for Vistaprint Windsor encompassing benefits, retirement savings, wellness initiatives, merit pay increases and various company perk programs in addition to supporting disability management tasks such as compelling leave management and other administrative duties. This position ensures compliance with corporate policies and legislative requirements while providing support and guidance to team members regarding diverse HR initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle administration of company benefits and retirement savings plan – new hire enrollments, terminations, updating life event changes, data entry to both internal HRIS and external benefit provider system, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legislative requirements
- Develop standardized information materials, packages, and communications to effectively communicate total reward program information to all levels of the company.
- Provide training and support to new entrants during onboarding regarding our benefits and rewards offerings.
- Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders, including providing input in renewal discussions and other items as they relate to plan management
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Key Performance Indicators as set for the team to track performance and progress
- Coordinate and administer the total rewards offerings to enhance Team Member satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the implementation and management of a robust leave management program, meticulously ensuring adherence to all legislative requirements
- Oversee compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, including staying updated on changes, filing reports, and updating policies.
- Maintain life events records and educate team members on various life events such as travel, marriage, divorce, retirement etc.
- Support and coordinate the reboarding of Team Members who have been away from work on a leave of absence
- Coordinate and streamline the administration of the annual merit cycle, overseeing the process of incremental pay increases with efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to provide resources and discounts for Team Members
- Facilitate the administration of the Attendance Management program, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies and regulation
- Provide comprehensive support and administrative assistance to the Disability Management team, encompassing tasks such as completing plan sponsor statements, maintaining up-to-date tracking systems, initiating claims, and accurately entering incident data, among other responsibilities
- Coordinate activities that promote the health and well-being of Team Members in the workplace including wellness fair, flu shot clinic and other wellness-related initiatives and communications
- Other duties and projects as assigned
What You Need
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3-5 years of progressive experience with benefits and retirement savings administration
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation an asset
- Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-minded and cope well with a high volume of HR transactions
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy
- Proven solid understanding of Microsoft Office productivity, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Sound planning, prioritization and execution skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships and work collaboratively with others
- Demonstrates sound judgment and professional maturity along with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
