Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and input vendor invoices with a keen eye for accuracy
- Process and reconcile payments to vendors and company credit cards
- Manage intercompany expenses and reconciliations
- Handle tax remittance forms, workers' compensation paperwork, and other government documents
- Input source data from our hotels and restaurants, ensuring integrity and completeness
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed
- Collaborate with the Controller and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in financial accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud accounting programs such as Sage or Xero
- Familiarity in Payworks or similar payroll software is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
