Accounting Clerk
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close processes
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Utilize accounting software to input and retrieve financial data

Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software SAP or Quickbooks
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
