Qualifications:

A successful candidate must have…

· Business Administration or Accounting

· Bondable (Criminal Record Check will be required)

· Experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Email

Experience with Quick book considered an asset

Duties:

You can expect to be…

· Answering and transferring phone calls

· Focus on invoicing and account receivable

Hours: Monday to Friday during Office Hours (8 AM – 5 PM)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – 22.00 /Hour depending on experience.

Experience:

• Accounting experience: 1 year (preferred)
