Our client is a small, Canadian owner and operated manufacturing company. This role will have you working within a fun environment and be a part of a work family. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities include:

• Full cycle AP Function
• Recording AP Billing for expenses, establishment utilities, payroll, and other normal expenses
• AP ageing and weekly payment report generation.
• Credit card analysis, reconciling, recording, and payment.
• Check deposit online into banks.
• Intercompany expenses clearing.
• Duty Drawbacks
• HST calculation and filing monthly HST.
• A ccount reconciliation.

MUST have Requirements Are:

• Good working knowledge SAP -FICO -AP module including all transaction codes for dealing with daily AP full cycle is a MUST.
• QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise will be welcome.
• Advanced Excel Skills - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot table, conditional functioning, linking files.
• MS Office - Intermediate working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint.
• Good communication and writing skills.

There is a possibility permanent employment after the contract.
