Responsibilities and Duties:
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Balance A/P batches
- Participate in the month/quarter/year-end processes, audits and reporting
- Review invoices received from vendors for any potential errors and/or discrepancies and process accordingly
- Post and reconcile company payments to general ledgers
- Answering phones
- Gather mail and distribute accordingly
- Data entry
- Filing and record keeping
- Providing administrative support to supervisors and managers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience
- Famous Software experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Accounts Payable and Receivables experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience in gathering data and preparing financial reports
