Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Provide support for audits and other financial inquiries
Experience:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in data entry and financial software systems (e.g., Workday, QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
Note: Experience with Ceridian or human resources-related tasks is a plus, but not required for this position.
