Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our clients team for a Temporary role based in Ajax, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders and non-purchase order invoices accurately and in a timely manner. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $20 to $26.70 per hour.
- Pay rate: $20-$26.70/hour.

- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.
- Process purchase order Excel uploads and track any discrepancies for resolution.
- Handle Accounts Payable trade invoice inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
- Document all invoice-related processes for reference.
- Provide backup support to the AP Team members during their absence.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- College diploma in accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- SAP experience would be an asset.
- Ability to pass a criminal check.
- Proof of education/employment.
